Contract Terms
The contract between Urs Group and you includes these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy, plus any special terms agreed in writing.
Order Process
Orders are submitted via our online order form. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours by email. Note: This confirmation is not acceptance of your order.
Our contract is formed only when we deliver the products or send acceptance notice. We may reject orders at our discretion based on payment authorization and stock availability.
Delivery
Products are delivered to addresses in our service areas. We'll use every means to deliver on the agreed date during displayed time slots.
If delayed, you may:
- Accept a later delivery date
- Accept a similar product
- Accept vouchers for future purchases
Payment
All payments in Indian Rupee. Prices include applicable taxes. Delivery charges shown at checkout may vary by location.
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel before dispatch. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. For defective goods, reject at delivery or contact us for replacement/refund.
