How do I cancel an order?

You can easily cancel your order via phone or WhatsApp (details on our website) before it gets dispatched from our warehouse. We'll refund your order amount minus any applicable payment gateway and cancellation charges.

What if the item is out of stock?

If we're unable to deliver your product due to stock unavailability or any other reason, we'll refund the entire order amount to you.

• Delivery typically takes 3-10 days depending on your location. We'll keep you updated throughout!
• For multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
• Our sarees are handcrafted with love. While we strive for accuracy, colors and patterns may vary slightly (up to 80% match) from the images shown online.
• Each saree is uniquely crafted by our skilled artisans, making every piece one-of-a-kind.
• Unfortunately, we cannot redirect or redeliver to a different address once the order is dispatched.
• Please ensure your contact details and address are correct. Orders that fail due to incorrect information will be considered completed.

• 5 Days Return Window: Simply contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Replacement or Refund: Choose between a replacement saree or a full refund - whatever works best for you.
• Hassle-Free Process: Just share photos of the damaged product, and we'll take care of the rest.
